install apache and PHP on Intel Edison

Hi everybody, This post i will show you how to setup apache and php on my Edison (I am using intel edison mini breakout board). With this configure, you could make some projects about IoT....
Now, let's configure it...
1. Setup Apache
To setup Apache on intel edison, you open terminal then enter bellow command:

opkg install apache2

systemctl start apache2

systemctl enable apache2

2. Setup PHP
Connect to http://repo.opkg.net/edison/repo/core2-32/ and download file php-modphp_5.6.18-r0_core2-32.ipk as picture 1.

or enter command to LXTerminal:

wget http://repo.opkg.net/edison/repo/core2-32/php-modphp_5.6.18-r0_core2-32.ipk

The continue, you enter the command:

opkg install php-modphp_5.6.18-r0_core2-32.ipk

and reboot the board.

3. Test
To test apache and php are working on Intel Edison yet, you have to have ip of board (internal or external ip). If you dont know the ip address, you enter the command bellow to Terminal and see a picture 2:

ifconfig

Now, You had ip address of board, To test apache and php are working on it. You have to open browser and enter this ip as picture 3.(my ip address is: 192.168.9.104)

that's apache runing, to test php, You have to go to the directory: /usr/share/apache2/htdocs and make file index.php in it.

Echo phpversion();

?>

Open Browser again and trying enter link to it, example: 192.168.9.104/index.php. Now you will see the version of php.

It's successful, let start your projects now!
